Greyguards is a narrative intelligence practice. We assess where your organisation is exposed to coordinated narrative attack, and run live simulations to stress-test your response.
01 · Try the platform
Two interactive tools are live now. Both are early-stage — built to show how we work, not yet positioned as enterprise products.
A walkthrough of how narrative attacks look from inside the dashboard. Click through case-study scenarios drawn from real engagements — and see how we'd score, attribute, and brief the board on each.
A short, self-navigating simulation. You take the lead on a coordinated narrative attack against a notional organisation, making detection, attribution, and response decisions as the scenario unfolds. Built to show what a Red Team Exercise feels like before you commission one.
Both tools are in active development. Feedback welcome at info@greyguards.com.
02 · What we do today
Greyguards operates as a senior consulting practice. The engagements below are how we work with clients today — scoped, priced, and deliverable with current capability.
A structured day of exposure review. We work with the named contact at your organisation to map current narrative surface area — media, social, public domain — and deliver a fixed-scope intelligence briefing formatted for board distribution.
A structured narrative attack simulation against your organisation, run with your communications and leadership team. Tests your response posture against a real attack scenario before one happens. Output is a written report plus debrief session.
Ongoing advisory support for boards, communications leads, or general counsel managing narrative risk as a continuous exposure. Engagement structure tailored to the client — typically a named advisor available on retainer.
Closed workshops for boards and C-suites on narrative threat recognition, escalation indicators, and governance obligations under emerging regulation (EU AI Act Article 50, NIS2).
03 · In development
A clear-eyed view of where the capability is going. The items below are technologies and frameworks we are actively building — not currently offered as productised services unless marked otherwise.
A production version of the platform demonstrated in the example dashboard. Always-on signal monitoring across global sources, narrative velocity scoring, synthetic media flagging. Currently in private alpha.
Narrative pattern analysis and adversarial attribution methodology. Currently delivered as part of Red Team Exercise engagements; productisation as a separate capability planned for 2026.
A structured response framework for live narrative incidents. Currently delivered through advisory engagements on a case-by-case basis. Standalone product offering not yet available.
Quarterly board narrative risk reporting designed for audit defensibility under EU AI Act Article 50 and NIS2. Available as an add-on to any engagement.
A short, direct conversation. We work confidentially with boards, communications leads, and general counsel.
