The Rapid Read is a decision-ready assessment in 48–72 hours. Live Situation Support adds regular updates over 2–4 weeks. Every assessment carries a stated confidence level.

Red Team Exercise

A structured crisis simulation using live Greyguards tools. Test your organisation's response capability against a realistic narrative attack before it happens. Scenario design is informed by operational red-team methodology and uses bespoke AI-generated injects. Delivered with a written report and debrief.

Best for: Organisations rehearsing crisis response. Effective as a boardroom credibility exercise.

Red Team Training

The Counter-Disinformation Practitioner Programme: five days from understanding the threat to running your own red team. Your team learns how disinformation, misinformation and malinformation campaigns work, how to recognise one forming, the standard playbook for countering it, and how to use AI to build a counter-response in minutes rather than days. It closes with a live red team exercise that stress-tests everything the cohort has just built.

Best for: Comms, security and risk teams building in-house narrative-threat capability rather than buying a one-off exercise. Run for a single organisation, so the scenarios are built around your own risks.

  1. Day 1History & landscape of the threat — how disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation campaigns actually work.
  2. Day 2Recognising it — detection, indicators, and what a coordinated campaign looks like before it's obvious.
  3. Day 3Standard countering methodology — response playbooks, and when to respond versus stay silent.
  4. Day 4AI-assisted rapid response — hands-on with AI tooling to detect and counter narrative attacks fast.
  5. Day 5Red Team Exercise — a live simulated attack against your own team, using everything built across days 1–4.

Advisory

Scope by agreement

Ongoing narrative risk support for boards, communications leads, or general counsel with continuous exposure. A named advisor on retainer with periodic briefings and crisis call availability. Two things sit inside Advisory and are not sold separately:

  1. Board packQuarterly, inside Advisory. A written record of narrative risk, including synthetic-media risk, in a form the board risk committee can place on its risk register and review each quarter. It gives listed companies useful evidence of oversight for reporting under the UK Corporate Governance Code (Provision 29, which applies to financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2026). Where an organisation publishes AI-generated content, the pack also supports its EU AI Act Article 50 transparency duties. It supports the board's governance and does not certify compliance with any law or code.
  2. Board sessionInside Advisory, by agreement. A closed session for the board or C-suite on recognising narrative threats, the signs of escalation, and who decides what when one lands.

Best for: Listed companies, regulated entities, and public-trust institutions with continuous narrative exposure.
